Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB) was established in 1953. The Prime objective is to improve quality of life of the underprivileged section of the people by advocating family planning as a basic human right and motivating people towards the concept of small family. As an affiliate of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), FPAB is the oldest and largest family planning non-government organization in Bangladesh. FPAB has been working at 32 districts out of 64 districts of Bangladesh to supplement and complement the FP-RH program of GoB. Sexual and Reproductive Health services are priority interventions and have been providing from 21 comprehensive clinics, 11 special work units and 3 unit clinics of FPAB. FPAB procure huge logistics time to time for running the project smoothly. It’s needs to be transparent for the donor agency. The audit must cover all procurements valued more than TK. 200,000 in the last two years in FPAB, irrespective of the source of funding.

Objective of the contract: To provide IPPF and the FPAB Management with the assurance that procurement activities are compliant with pertinent FPAB/IPPF/Government policies and procedures.

Qualification of the Consultant/Firm: The Consultant/Agency/Institute must have experience of conducting Procurement Audit for at least 5 years in well established and reputed organization.
