| Invitation to Offer Consultancy service for development of SRH service package |

| ‘FPAB is going to develop a training module on ‘’SRH service package’’ for boys and men of different age. For that purpose FPAB – to recruit a consultant as per the following Terms of Reference (ToR).
Assignments & Tasks:
• The consultant needs to prepare a comprehensive training module for three days on SRH to serve boys and men for our community.
• Content of the training will cover the major area of Male service package. The program strategies will be 1. Motivation 2. Education 3. Counseling 4. Services and referral in case of need. The training process will be interactive for participatory learning.
• The service package topics will include the principal SRHR concern of our male segment that is sexual dysfunction like erectile problem, premature ejaculation, sex and sexuality (clarifying sexual diversity) and other important concern of boys and men surrounding sex and sexuality.
• The module will be in English version with enough number /amount of pictures for easy understanding and learning of this type of sensitive sexual aspects.
• The training module will also include the topics on the major SRH, issues/concern of boys and men like penile size, wet dream, masturbation, frequency of sex act, dribbling /incontinence of urine, burning micturation, and infection of the KUB (Kidney, Ureter and bladder) region.
• Topic on not so prevalent but important to know also be included, like testicular cancer, penile cancer, benign prostatic enlargement, prostatic cancer, stone in the urinary tract and so on.
• Training module need to be developed considering the staff pattern of the FPAB clinic that is graduate Medical Officer, Counselor, Female Paramedic and Male Paramedic mainly located in the grater old district town.
• Submission of the first draft of the Module would be by 1st fifteen days of the issuing work order and final report (soft and hard copy) by another seven days to FPAB NHQ.
Please send your offer with your proposed methodology and cost of work which will be paid in two separate installments i.e..40%of the amount after submission of the first draft; and rest 60% on completion of the assignment. Vat and tax will be deducted as per government rule.
